Did you use https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/role-to-role-block/ to block subscribers to send message to other subscribers? If yes then that will automatically hide subscriber role users from Directory and Autosuggestion for other subscriber role users.
If user is not logged in as subscriber role user then they will be able to see those users.
