    Dear Shamim,

    For the past few days, we have been unable to use the PM module. All messages are suddenly empty, and we can no longer send or receive anything. Is this a known issue?
    We would appreciate your attention to this matter, as many users have stored important information there.
    Support mail was send.

    It’s great that you respond quickly… not.
    No message via email either… we pay for the PM box… but it’s very annoying that there’s no response at all.

    Sorry i missed your message.
    Which version of the plugin and wordpress you are using?
    Did it happened after taking any action (Eg. updating wordpress) or without?
    Are you getting any error message?

    We are using version: Front-end-pm-pro.11.4.5 and WordPress 6.9 with theme: Graphene Plus. And no, we didn’t do anything. I don’t use it much myself, so it took a while before I got the notification that everything was empty and no longer working. We also did not see or receive any error messages.

    Do you have any staging server for this website?
    Can you give me access to your staging website so that i can debug? If yes, please send admin and ftp/sftp credentials using https://www.shamimsplugins.com/sensitive-information/

    Hello Shamim Hasan,

    We had to remove Front End because it slowed down the website considerably, so you will need to install the module yourself via plugins.
    If you have any further questions, please let me know.

    A temporary solution is now in place because we wanted to be able to contact each other. It may be deactivated.

    I have completed the online form.

    Do you have any staging website so that i can install the plugin and make some changes to debug? If not, I can do the same in production website, but in that case user may temporarily see some errors, is that ok?

    Hello Shamin, no we don’t have a staging or child website. So you have to do it live. Everybody kwows that there’s work to be done. So it is oke to do it live. Goodluck.

    Do you have any idea when you will be starting? Then I can inform the team and make extra backups.
    It is a notification from 11 January, after all.

    I have investigate your website. There should have 4 db tables related to this plugin where we store message and data for this plugin. But i do not find any table of that. Do you by any chance deleted those tables or taken any action which may have deleted these tables?
    Do you have any backup when this was working?

    A few months ago, there was a major crash and many things were deleted, yes. It may well be that those tables were deleted at that time. That is beyond my control and ability to do anything about.
    Unfortunately, we don’t have a backup from that time.
    But if I want to do a clean install of Front End Pm, will it still not work? Are you able to do it?
