Support for purchased products is given up in our ticket support system. You can post a support request as long as your activaton key is valid. If you wish to get support after activation key expire, you must renew your activation key first.

What is NOT covered by the support for purchased product?
The basic support included when your purchase one of our product does not include customization services like :
- Writing code snippet to solve a problem you could have
- Performance optimizations
shamimsplugins.com will generally only offer refunds when the item you purchased is broken, malfunctioning or corrupt, or doesn’t work as described. If you have problems getting your purchased product(s) to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem by opening a support ticket. We may ask full access permission to your website admin, database and directory. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
