  I have put a link on single product page and on the main store page for customers to be able to contact the vendor. How can I auto populate the subject in the new message when a customers click on the contact button? I went through all the forums and did by best to resolve it but no luck.

  You can use https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm/shortcode/fep_shortcode_message_to/ to show link.
  OR https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm/shortcode/fep_shortcode_new_message_form/ to show form so that users no need to redirect to message page to send message. They can send message directly from store page via ajax.
