Hi,
I would like to be able to set the system up to have the ‘Editor’ user roles to be able to send New Announcements as well as Admins. Right now when I test only the ‘Admin’ users can successfully send the Announcements. Do you know of any issues with Editors sending announcements? Is the system designed to only have Admins send Announcements?

By default only admin can send announcements. But you can give any user access to send announcement.
