My administrators want the messages coming in to be categorized from a pre-defined list.
They don’t want a free-form subject box. Can I change the subject text box to be a drop down list?
Yes, possible. But you need to have some php knowledge. You can use
fep_form_fieldsfilter hook to achieve this.
