  Hi,

  Need a bit of advice.

  I used the Heartbeat control plugin to disabled admin-ajax everywhere except on post edit.

  I tested a few messages and they seem to send fine. I can see the admin-ajax gets loaded, which is how it should be anyway I guess.

  Are there any risks if I keep the Heartbeat settings like that?

  You can keep that way. This plugin now use rest api instead of admin ajax.
