  Hi Shamim,
  I have a possible requirement to achieve this. So if a user sends an attachment and it is an image file it will automatically display within the message.
  Can this be achieved?

  Yes possible But you need some knowledge in php.
  You can use fep_filter_attachment_icon filter to show that image.
