    Hi,

    I think it would be a useful addition to the plugin if the user could receive a pop up notification if a new reply is received to the current message. It is easy for messages to get out of sync especially if typing a long reply to something. Or, if a new reply has been received on the current thread and the user has not read it, a warning could be displayed before sending a new reply with an option to update and read the new reply first.

    Hopefully this makes sense.

    If there is a simple way to achieve this I would be very interested.

    We can show an error message when they try to reply, but updating that thread may need customization.

    Yes, I can probably manage the error message myself with my limited skills. I was thinking though that it could be a useful addition to the core plugin. I am not sure the thread needs to dynamically update, maybe just a link in the error message which refreshes the page would work ok.
