    Hi there…

    We are just getting started with the pro version of your plugin. We are wondering how to do the following:

    1. Only have email notifications go out for one-on-one messages (ie: vendor to shopper or shopper to vendor), and *not* for announcements.

    2. Give our shoppers the option of whether or not they want to receive email notifications for announcements.

    Is this possible?

    Users can go to their settings page (from where they send message) and check if they want or do not want to receive email notification for message and announcements.

    Thank you, that’s helpful!

    Regarding the first question – is it possible to set a universal standard that direct one-to-one messages generate an email, but announcements do not?

    To not generate an email for announcements please go to Dashboard > Front End PM PRO > Settings > Emails and then unchecked “Send email to all users of selected role(s) when a new announcement is published?”
