    Hi, i just upgraded to Pro version
    Activated the Email Piping, so the idea is to have the messages in the Email as well as in the messageing center of Front end Pro.
    BUT I DOT RECEIVE MESSAGING IN THE FRONT END PRO.
    i read smth with one file that should have executed rights 755…i did that, but not found the forward email fundtioc on the cPanel.

    Hi,
    Thansk for the answer. I followed the link and it worked fine.
    But after some days i had to transfer the website to another hosting plan with the same Hosting Company, Hostgator.
    After i transfered, Still the same problem: I can send message to users, and receive answers only in email not in the Messaging Center. I tried all day today… but the same.
    File: .fep-email-piping.php is 755
    Pipe email is forworded to: btours.al/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/fep-email-piping.php

    Can you please help

    How much time needs to get an answer in this forum? Is there any rule, or a standard time??

    Hi,
    Why no answer….this is a paid product, it is not free.
    At least the support should be max 24 hours.

    As it worked before, but after changing plan, it is not working. Can you please contact their support what is changed between their plans?

    For the support time, as this is not my full time job, it is very hard for me to ensure time. I am ready to refund if you do not want to use this plugin.

    Hi
    On general settings, I check in the option: Remove Data on Uninstall? Saved
    Deactivated the plugin
    Unstalled it.
    deleted the databases 4 of them (with Fep…)
    and then
    Installed Front End Pm Pro again
    Activated again the license
    but no database are created…i dont see any database with Fep.
    Trying to send new message, I get this error: Error: Something wrong. Please try again.

    What is wrong this time…

    I also checked the role of user of databases and is ok, ALL PRIVILEGES

    Finally, after cleaning cache, many times, i could install correctly, and the databases are ok, no errors… but still after messaging to a subscriber from the Front End PM, he receives the email but when he replies, i just receive the email in ouotlook, not in the front end pm pannel. So mr. Hasan shamim is it possible i can send you the login details and you can have a look???

    When i sent email from my email that i want to forward to itself, i receive this answer:

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
    pipe to |/home1/btoursal/btours.al/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/fep-email-piping.php
    generated by info@btours.al
    local delivery failed

    Please recheck that file permission is correct (755). This error normally come when wrong file permission or location is wrong.
    If file permission is correct please check full file path is correct. You can try after removing first / if that helps, in that case file path will be home1/btoursal/btours.al/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/fep-email-piping.php
