But, I have one question… “When an admin receives a user message via FE PM PRO and the admin replies to the user message directly within the Gmail account, why is the admin reply not recorded in FE PM PRO?” Is this a genuine limitation in the plugin? If so, I can work with that…but I’m just not sure if I should expect different. Please let me know what is to be expected. Thank you.
