Can you please give me access to your website so that i can try? If yes give me cPanel and admin access of your website. Full backup your website before giving me access. You are using “Individual” mode, that’s why every reply is creating separate message. If you use “Threaded” then every reply will be shown under parent message. An email is sent to my email address for that message. I replied that email and that is saved in your website as message. So where is your problem exactly? Am i missing something? Regards Shamim April 13, 2017 at 2:21 am #4204 albertoParticipant Hi, Yeah. Now I see it works. I didnt work though with email aliases, as in my prior case. But right now, everytime I register a new user, an automatic message is sent saying: “body was binary”. I really dont know what it is all about.
