    I have reinstalled the app in both wordpress and FTP….but I’m getting this error each time. I’ve tried to delete my google keys and redo them and it’s still the same error. Any ideas of what to do next?

    This error happens when google site key is wrong.
    Please create new key from google, set which type of key you want (v2/v3). Then use this same key (site key and secret key) in this plugin settings page.

    If still have the error let me know your form page url.

    I have already completed that step three separate times, i tried not to bother you by following your other posts. To clarify, I realized that it seems to be just this one page. My captcha works find when I login or complete a form field. Could this help to clarify if it’s the key or a plugin or something?

    http://renewthelove.com/about (the form is at the end of the quiz…just click yes on all the questions quickly and you can see the captcha window show the error for the key)

    Again..I’m connected and seeing it working on these other types of pages and posts…just not in the quiz form. So to me…seems like the site key isn’t the problem. Thoughts?

    That captcha is not coming from this plugin. That captcha is coming from any plugin of Thrive….
    That captcha site key is wrong. Last 5 digit of that captcha is ednol. But your original captcha last 5 digit is 9CZJR.
    Please check those plugins where you added that site key.
