  Hi Shamim,

  I have the situation where the Admissions manager will send out a message individually to select people.

  Students reply.

  The others in the admissions WP group can not act on the messages cause they didn’t originate them.

  Can this be changed?

  If your admission managers are administrator role then they can reply. Otherwise it needs custom code to achieve this functionality.

  No, they’re all in a custom registrar role. What capability would I have to give to the role.

  manage_options. But remember this capability will give them admin access to everything in your website.
  Or you can use fep_current_user_can hook to achieve this functionality.
