invalid license key error message after changing domains

    Hi, I changed the domain name for my website and now I get an error message that says the license key for this plugin is not valid. I did deactivate the old domain before activating the new domain in my account. What else do I need to do so the pro plugin will work again on my site?

    And yes, I already changed to new site key and secret key generated by Google. Recaptcha plugin still says my license for pro is invalid.

    Thank you for the instructions. I tried both methods several times and still get the message that the license is invalid or expired. In my account, it says that the license is active. Do I need to purchase another license or can we make this work with the license I already have?

    You do not need to purchase another license.
    Can you give me access to your website so that i can setup for you? If yes please send admin user details using https://www.shamimsplugins.com/sensitive-information/

    I have corrected the issue. You had inputted wrong key. Last 1 digit was missing from the key.

    Got it. So I copied and pasted the key multiple times. How could each time be missing a number? I’m glad it’s fixed and thank you for your help. Much appreciated!

    You had copied form https://www.shamimsplugins.com/checkout/purchase-history/ right?
