    I have followed all the steps listed here: https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha/troubleshoot-2/license-keys-not-activating-2/

    It is still not working for me. I still am getting the message “Your Advanced noCaptcha… Pro is not active for this URL. Please visit… to manage… URLs.”

    I use a firewall through sucuri.net so I cleared my cache multiple times and that still has not solved the problem.

    I also deleted and reinstalled the plugin…

    Which version of this plugin you are using?
    What is your website url?
    Did you tried “Settings > Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha > Licenses
    Then remove your license key and save changes, again input your license key and again save changes.” ?

    If still not working, can you give me access to your website so that i can try? If yes, please send using https://www.shamimsplugins.com/sensitive-information/

    The version of the plugin is 5.6

    Yes I removed it, put it back in.
    I also deactivated the license on your website and reactivated it.

    Could I get a refund for my last purchase? Because I couldn’t get this worked out, I installed another version of the recaptcha so I am using a different plugin now. Thank you.

    Sure, You can get a refund.
    Before that can i try? If you want you can give access using AnyDesk/Teamviewer so that you can see what i am doing.
