Hi,
(1) When a sender sends a message, the message cannot be sent and the sender got the following error message. Why seems to be an issue? The sender correctly enters valid recipient as provided via REST API.
“Error: [username] does not want to receive messages!
Error: You must enter valid recipient!”(2) How can I make sure that the recipient can receive messages even if the recipient’s mailbox has reached the maximum limit set by the admin?

1. May be other user blocked him or does not want to receive message
2. You can set a larger limit or 0 if no limits
