Hi, small problem. The URL appears in the email absolutely fine but when clicked or copy/pasted into the browser this error message appears: You do not have permission to view this message! I am trying it with a normal user account.
The only difference I can see in the URLs is that in the email generated one it adds a #038 after viewmessage&.
Not sure what I am doing wrong here…
Any help is appreciated.
Are your “Email Content Type” set as “HTML”? Are you using like
<a href="{{message_url}}">{{message_url}}</a>?
