After updating to the latest version of the plugin in wordpress version 5.3 the link ‘New Announcement’ is missing in the admin Dashboard. There is no way except through the admin dashboard to create new announcement emails. The existing announcement emails are all there still. They are visible in the Dashboard too.
Is this because of changes in version 5.3?

If you are logged in as admin, please see in front-end (from where you send message), There should be a new button as “New Announcement”.
