I am also having this issue, emails were working fine when the plugin was last used in April. It has not been used in about 10 weeks due to COVID shut down and now emails are not sending. Any help please.
I’ve reviewed this topic and responses. Since January 2021 some of our members are not receiving notification of new emails. Notifications are not going to spam. Members are receiving the emails in their inbox, just not a notification. Based on what is listed above, I cannot resolve this problem and request assist.
