  Hello there,

  I’m wondering if it’s possible to add personalisation tags or WordPress shortcode within the content of the message. My reason for this is when I send out a group messages I would like it to populate the name of the receiver.

  I know you can do this foe the emails but is it possible to archive with the message in the inbox.

  So you want to add a tag/shortcode, when user view that message they will see their own name instead of that tag/shortcode, right?
