    Hi Shamim,

Its been a while hope all goes well with you..

I have a small problem I have an editor that keeps adding or using DnD free clipart in to the message board (white board). of either the main fed message
    or the announcements area.

Is there a way that I can’t see (wood for trees) already to stop this activity from happening for Bothe the roles above?

The hot-links (external url) are never a good thing and can’t be malware scanned as the images used are resident on another server.

If there is not an obvious way to do this can it be implemented via PHP in the function file to check for matching own url or an equivalent method to protect our members from propagating Adware home page html files to their personal email accounts.

The editor concerned has been told but beside embedding hot-linked images the site he has used also managed to add an attachment to one of his announcements of their cliparts homepage in full, which in turn propagated to all of the membership.. needless to say it was red face time for him.

If you need any more info please let me know.

Look forward to your thoughts on this matter.

    Andrew
