I have a real problem with accumulating email replies in the piping mailbox setup on my host via cPanel.
This mailbox will just keep growing in size if the replies are not deleted automatically, can you assist?
Have I missed something as part of the piping setup to delete these messages after they have been forwarded by the forwarder and your plugin from the piping mailbox?
My piping mailbox has over 300 reply messages sat in it, I was under the impression that once the reply has been forwarded then the message in the mailbox gets deleted automatically is this not the case?
For email piping setup, this plugin never access your email account. Your email account forward an email copy to this plugin, this plugins process that email, so this plugin never knows how many emails are in your email account, and never delete any email.
If you want to delete emails after process, then use POP3 ( Go to Front End PM PRO > Settings > Emails ). Remember to delete all your emails first from your email account then setup POP3.
