Hi,
My site uses WooCommerce and some customers sees this strange behavior when there is this strange error “please solve Captcha correctly”.
Captcha was set as 2 version. I believe that if Captcha thinks that user is a bot, a new window should popup with captcha to solve, but it didnt happen. Ever.
At the moment I switched to version 3. But just in case I would like to return to captcha 2 (just like shamim is recommending). But I would like to fix this popup window that should ask a customer for a human confirmation.
Can you help me with it?
Do you have a test website where i can test?
I need to see the error to identify it. Can you make a staging site and set v2 captcha there to test?
Google keys you are using is not for invisible captcha. Please create new keys from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin (select V2 Invisible when create keys) and add domain of this test website then add keys in settings page of this plugin.
Then let me know so that i can test.
