Replies are not sending

    Hi,
    When a user replies to an email, the replies are not reaching the recipients email inbox OR Front -End messaging area on my website.
    Could somebody please help me? I’m happy to provide screenshots of my settings page to help fix the problem.

    From where you are replying? Email or in website?
    Did you set Email piping or POP3?

    Hi,
    I’m replying from email. I’ve not set to POP3, I’ve set to “Piping”
    Should it be set to POP3?

    For email piping you can follow https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/email-piping/

    If you find difficulty to setup you can set POP3.

    Please select POP3 in Front End PM PRO > Settings > Emails

    If you use your own domain email address then ask your host to get those information.

    If you use gmail/yahoo then google how to setup POP3.
