  The functionality to reply to messages directly from email is not working anymore. I didn’t change anything on the website.

  The email used for piping had been deleted. It’s back now, but trying to answer a message didn’t seem to work. The piping is not instant?

  Yes, piping is instant.
  You can check if piping setup is correct. If possible setup again. https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/email-piping/
