    Dear Mr.Shamim,

    Restrict sending and receiving of messages by time

    I want to specify the times when users can send messages.

    For example
    Transmission is possible from 09:00 to 21:00.
    And
    21:01 to 08:59 is impossible.

    The time zone in which messages can be sent is displayed in the time zone during which sending and receiving are not possible.

    If possible, we would like to have a separate time for each user.
