    Is there a way for non-members to send messages to members?
    I just need non-members to be able to send messages. There is no need to receive messages for them.

    This message system require user id. So we cannot send/receive messages from non-members.

    Is it possible to put a text box instead of the user ID so that people can enter their email address and the message will be sent based on their email address?

    You can send based on the email address, but user have to be registered in your website.

    I want those who are not members of the site to be able to send messages in the message section.
    Can you enable this feature for me in the plugin for a negotiated price?

    This plugin is not designed that way and cannot enable that. You can redirect users to login page who are not logged in, then they can login/register there and back to message page to send message.
