    Good morning community! I have a need and I’m not sure how to set it up. I think it is done through email piping but I’m not positive.

    1. We have FE PM Pro set up and it is working properly
    2. When a message is sent to a user, they get an email to let them know along with having it appear in the messages front end on the website.
    3. The users are replying to the email often times and not going to the website to respond.

    So my questions are:

    1. Can they reply to the message from their email and have it function the same as if they went into the website and responded?
    2. If so, how? Is this email piping? We use AWS SES for sending emails from our site, and Google Workplace for the company email.
    3. Is it possible to have a URL that will open the messaging front end on the website and populate the to: to the person they want to message. For example, I have a page with some of my users listed. Is there link that I can add that says Message Me and have it open the messaging UI with their name prepopulated in the to?
