Hi I have two issues:
#1: When I publish an announcement, emails are not being sent out. I checked off all of the roles but I am not receiving any notifications!
#2: I cannot get e-mail piping to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Also please go to Front End PM > Settings > Emails and check announcement email settings and email subject and content is filled.
And for email piping please see https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/email-piping/
May 25, 2017 at 7:20 pm #4793MedCoachParticipantI made the announcement 2 days ago – no emails were sent.
And yes the subject and content are filled.Please advise
Thank youMay 25, 2017 at 10:27 pm #4796MedCoachParticipantJust as a side note, e-mails for new messages do work. But not for annoucements
May 26, 2017 at 10:39 am #4799Shamim HasanKeymasterOk i will investigate and if found any issue will solve and let you know.
June 5, 2017 at 2:02 am #4840Tavan EftekharParticipantI’m also having the same issue. Can’t seem to figure out how to get emails to send for announcements. Messaging emails work fine though.
June 6, 2017 at 11:06 pm #4873Shamim HasanKeymasterHello again.
Is wordpress cron working perfectly in your website? This feature use wordpress cron to send emails. Please check and let me know.June 6, 2017 at 11:43 pm #4877Tavan EftekharParticipantYes and I can see my list of crons as well and it shows up with the details:
fep_eb_ann_email_interval_event Fep_Email_Beautify->ann_email_interval_event_callback()
Running every 30 minutes.
I’ve noticed several people seem to be having this issue on the support forums and was hoping someone had figured out a few step by step solutions. Any thoughts?
June 7, 2017 at 5:56 am #4880Tavan EftekharParticipantI did some debugging… In the class-fep-email-beautify.php file, at the start of the function responsible for sending announcements, function ann_email_interval_event_callback(), there is a line of code:
if( ! $queue || ! is_array( $queue ) )
return false;This is returning false every time the cron runs. Does this help narrow down the problem?
June 7, 2017 at 6:07 am #4883Tavan EftekharParticipantAlso my database has no option called “fep_announcement_email_queue”… Not sure if that’s important
June 7, 2017 at 5:28 pm #4886Shamim HasanKeymasterPlease check Dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > Announcement and see if “send email” checked.
Let me know.June 7, 2017 at 5:41 pm #4889MedCoachParticipantYes that is the first thing we checked..
June 7, 2017 at 6:24 pm #4892Tavan EftekharParticipantYes that is checked. Could it be an installation issue? Did you see my previous post about the database missing the option?
June 7, 2017 at 7:35 pm #4905Shamim HasanKeymasterAs you both have this option checked please check if announcement subject and content is filled in Dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > Emails
@Tavan databasse option should not be missing. I have tested so many ways to find a issue in my installation but can not find. Every time it is working and.
Please give me access to your website (admin, ftp and database), so that i can try there. Please full backup your website before giving me access, so that if something goes wrong (never happen with me, but in case) you can restore.
Please create a role and add some test users to that role, which role i can make announcement to.
