    I have a user who all of a sudden can’t send a message. When they begin to type a users name in the recipient box it always comes back with “No matches”. However I myself can still send messages and the user’s list still appears when I type. Nothing has changed on the site so not sure whats happening?

    Can you give me a screenshot of Front End PM PRO > Settings > Security tab full page? Also let me know your that user role.

    Thanks. See below for screenshots. The user is a “Recruitment Admin”. Has been working fine for 6 months. Without anything changing now the user can’t send new messages. They can however reply to messages.

    All settings seems ok.
    Can you create a new Recruitment Admin user and check if that user can send new message?
