Hello,
This plugin is developer friendly. There are many ways to do this without changing code plugin code.
If you have php knowledge please have a look at front-end-pm-pro/includes/class-fep-form.php. You can use fep_form_fields filter hook to change type or fep_form_field_output_message_to action hook to change output.

This feature currently not available in this plugin.

Maybe i did not understand you properly.
How this plugin will understand who is partner and who is client? Is there any separate role for them? How will you specify who can communicate to whom?May be some of your theme css override this plugin css. So if this code works for you then it is ok to change.

I have done some changes to this plugin. Now check.
Please do not update this plugin. If you update then this changes will be gone.
Also your website missing footer area, so most of the plugin which add script in your website will not work. You may not understand this now, but that missing footer area will have very strong impact in your website. It is a wordpress requirement that every theme must have header and footer (it is not visual header and footer, but some code). So your theme may have but may some poorly coded plugin may remove that.i see your website footer area is missing. So one of your plugin is creating issue which making your website incomplete. Please check which of your newly added plugin output incomplete website. You can disable and see if website footer area is back and enable one by one to find which one creating issue.

Did you change anything after i made change to your website?Did you set “Send email to all users when a new announcement is published?”
You will find this settings in Dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > Announcement
