Yes I did. I found the issue. I had the free version of the plugin installed from when I tried it out. I had it deactivated but not deleted. I deleted it and the emails began sending. Thanks for your help.

Actually, it looks like there isn’t an issue with cron jobs. I downloaded a plugin to show my cron status and I see the cron schedule “fep_ann_email_interval” but I don’t see any cron events from Front End PM Pro. I also added a wp mail logging plugin and it isn’t showing any emails pending.

    Hello,

I have the sending interval set to 60 and the emails per interval is 100.

    Yes, I waited 24 hours.

    Yes it does have visitors.

Looks like it may be a cron job error. I’m getting “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 3000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received” when I look at my cron job status.

    Hello

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I had not specified the email subject or body settings. Once I set those emails began to send.

    Thanks!

Looks like the admin is missing in action. I just bought the plugin but I think I can answer your question. You’ll need to set up an email to use just for the email piping. I set one up called messaging@…. Here are the instructions from the documentation:

Please go to Front End PM > Settings > Emails > Email Piping.

Enable (It will add unique code in every message subject)
Set Piping Email which email you want to use
Clean reply quote Check if you want to clean quoted messages from email.
Make sure file wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/email-piping.php has executable permissions. On Linux servers CHMOD this file to 755 (rwxr-xr-x).

Now copy real path from server of e.g. public_html/wp-content/plugins/front-end-pm-pro/pro/fep-email-parser/email-piping.php

    Now

    Log in to your cPanel
Navigate to Mail and select Forwarders
    Click on Add Forwarder
Enter the Address to Forward (Set as Piping Email above)
Select Pipe to a program (you may need to click on Advanced Options to see the Pipe to a program option)
Enter the path you have copied above.
    Click on Add Forwarder

    Hope this helps.
