    I have this theme: https://themeforest.net/item/jobmonster-job-board-wordpress-theme/10965446

    I bought your Pro plugin. Now, users can apply on my website for a job. Logged-in users but also NON-logged-in user can apply for a job.

    When a logged-in user applies for a job, then the employer gets a message on his “pm front end pro” page as well as a notification in the application overview page.

    If a candidate is NOT logged-in, then the employer gets only a notification in the application page. He can then communicate with private email address and not using WP FRONT END PRO.

    The PROBLEM now: some users are logged-in and apply for the job. But the employer does NOT get a notifcation in the WP FRONT END page. Also me as admin, I don’t see any application going through WP FRONT END PRO (See attached presentation). Can you fix that?

    In order to show messages or job application you have to send message/job application through Front End PM PRO.

    You can use shortcode https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm/shortcode/fep_shortcode_new_message_form/ in your job description page where user can apply job and this application will show to employer.

    But as you can see in the presentation: for some users its working, for some not! so there must be a bug!

    which one working, are they sending message from job page or Front End PM PRO message page?
    Can you test send some job application from job page and see if they working?

    Also please let me know, is your theme integrated with Front End PM PRO? Was that message button there from beginning? Can i have your theme so that i can investigate which method they use to send message?

    Please let me know, is your theme integrated with Front End PM PRO? Was that message button coming from your theme? Can you ask your theme author which function they use to send message?

    in their description they write: Private Message between Employer and Candidate (Integrate with Frontend PM Plugin): The theme integrate with Frontend PM Plugin which has private message between employer and candidate to connect them to each other and facilitate their reaction.

    in the previous I sent you the credentials to log into the platform as admin…

    the “message” section was not there before. Without your plugin, there is only the application board sector. So candidate can apply for a job, the employer gets a notification on his board and then he can contact the candidate via private email address

    As integration part is done by that theme please contact that theme author for this issue.
    I do not know which code they used to integrate, So i think they know better about this issue.

    Let me know their answer.
