Hi, I exported my old database and imported it into a new database, modified the pointing in the wp-config file. When I logged into the site, I noticed that I lost all the CSS that I had inserted in the CUSTOM CSS ASPECT of the plugin and I also lost all the colors that I had set for the background, the buttons, etc … How did this happen? Thanks.

May be in old database there was no custom css. This plugin store its settings in wp_options table. So if that option is present it should take from there.

You can check your old database options table and see if FEP_admin_options option is there. You can also copy that and paste in new database.

In the old database there was a custom css.

I also noticed that it has lost some plugin settings.

However I will check the old database table.

    Thanks.

I confirm that if I export the database with phpmyadmin and import it into a new one, I lose all the saved settings of the plug-in Front End PM PRO: General – Appearance – Recipient – Privacy – E-mail – Security – Various – Licenses and must be reconfigured.

I don’t know if it’s a problem with my site or a general problem. I have tried 3 times.

    Thanks.

    1. Do you do any database search/replace before import?
    2. Is your website a multisite?
    3. Can you copy just FEP_admin_options value from old database and insert in new database. See if those options get imported?
