    Dear all,
    I included my google keys and your licence key in the pro plugin and integrated the tag into Contact Form 7.
    It’s not working. What can I do?

    Dear all,
    I have done this. I have the keys from Google filled out, installed your pro-plugin and copied the code into the contact form. Am I missing something?

    Remove google keys (if any) from Dashboard > Contact > Integration > reCAPTCHA

    Let me know.

    Dear all,

    I removed the keys now and it still doesn’t work. What can I do?

    Is the little picture “I am not a robot” supposed to show up, or not? I only see me usual send-button but no recaptcha thing.

    If it doesn’t work on my site, can you please give me a refund? I will highly appreciate it. I will uninstall the plugin, I don’t need it anymore. I wouldn’t want to pay for something, that doesn’t work.

    No form goes through now. It’s unusable my form from Contact form. Please refund and I will set everything back to normal.

    “I am not a robot” checkbox shows when you set so. In the settings page of this plugin, there are setup which captcha you want to show.

    I have instructed my billing department to full refund you. You will get it within couple of days.
