Hi Shamim,
I have a problem with one user that I know about so far..
This user is replying directly and I can see his reply in the piping mailbox but it is not being forwarded to the target group or individual recipients.
The user has a gmail account and is no different on the setup for our system, however the only difference I can first see is that he replies with a French mail language.. i.e. the to field is “À” instead of “TO” I don’t know if this has any bearing on the way the forwarder works or not or the way your code handles the messages to its targeted recipients.
Also notice his messages have headers i.e. De: / Envoyé le: / À: / Object: whi sits just below his footer which is French for – From: / Sent: / To: / Subject:..
The above may have nothing to do with the issue but it is all I can point out for now.
I have the delay set to 1 minute between each message and I have attached a screen shot of the message that resides in the piping email box with some personal details scrubbed.
We are a mixture of French and english expat community with French and English mail accounts set in both English and French languages but all replies (comms) are written in English because it is primarily a English community in France.
None of this users emails have ever been forwarded and I have 5 listed still in the piping mailbox, can you please investigate?
If you wish to see his mail address then I cam PM you.
If you wish access to take a look via cPanel or via wordpress please let me know?

This might just be an invalid character issue in the replying email when being sourced by your code, however I look forward to what you can see the issue may be.

Just had a thought, maybe your code is looking for the field or phasing for the line with “subject” and does not recognise the word “objet” and if it can’t find the message Key to associate to the relevant message stream in the Db it does not forward it or import it?
Just a seed of thought.

Can you save that email source code in a text format and send to me so that i can use to investigate here? This forum encode some code and make it unusable.December 14, 2018 at 2:13 am #19741Andrew PerrymanParticipantHi Shamim,
