There is a folder called “pro/templates/emails” in this plugin. You will find all the email templates here. You can upload any/all templates in your child theme “front-end-pm/emails” folder (create folder if not exists). Then customize there. Remember to keep file name same as original.

You can use Email template tag directly to this template or in Dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > Emails. See more in Email beautify
