    Hello,
I just upgraded to your Pro version so I could activate only sending messages to admin. I have it set-up but it isn’t working. https://californiacanopy.com/client-portal-customer-template/

I”m also not able to reply to any messages. It just opens up a new tab of the same page. I’ve attached a couple screenshots.

For reply issue, Please set up Front End PM PRO > Settings > General > Front End PM Page

What is not working when sending message to admin? What error you are getting?

    Hi,
    Thanks for your fast response!
Setting up that page fixed the reply issue. Thanks! Is there a way to set it up so it doesn’t direct all users to that page and keeps them on their user page?

What I’m still having issues with is setting it up for users to only be able to message admin. But when I put in the admin’s username and the display name I want it to show, it doesn’t work. It just shows the generic ‘admin’ still lets me message other users.

    Thanks for your help!

Sending message to admin: You can achieve that is 2 ways
    1. Set 0 to Front End PM PRO > Settings > Recipient > Max recipients
    2. Follow https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/role-to-role-block/

As you are setting only one admin, so “To” field will be hidden and all message will be delivered to that admin.

If you want to send message from user page you can use https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm/shortcode/fep_shortcode_new_message_form/ shortcode. In “to” you can use your admin nicename, so that message will be delivered to that admin.
