It seems you are using V3 captcha which works invisibly.
Captcha will show if you set “V2 i’m not robot” captcha in Dashboard > Settings > Advanced noCaptcha & invisible captcha.
In that case you will need to create and add appropriate google keys.1. If you follow all 3 steps from https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/translate/#loco_translation you should be able to translate all string. Let me know after following this. You can upload your translating in https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/front-end-pm/ so that other user can use that, also your name will be there in contributor list.

I am writing that again here
1. Check db user which is set in wp-config.php have the permission to create and alter db tables
2. Please backup your website first.
3. Then check Dashboard > Front End PM PRO > Settings > General > Remove data on uninstall and save changes.
4. Then Go to Dashboard > Plugins page and uninstall and delete this plugin from there.
5. Upload and Install again this plugin.Let me know after following above 5 steps.
“I am not a robot” checkbox shows when you set so. In the settings page of this plugin, there are setup which captcha you want to show.

Please check if your db user (which is set in wp-config.php) have the permission to create and alter db tables.
Also if you use multisite options may exists in wp_sitemeta table. delete from there also.
Then try to install again.This settings changed a little bit in latest version.
Please set 0 in “Max Recipients” field. It will remove the ability to send message user to user. As you have already set admin, user will be able to send message to admin.Please uncheck Dashboard > Front End PM PRO > Settings > General > Show Branding Footer
