Please deactivate all plugins except this one and change theme to one of default theme (twenty*) and default htaccess then test.
Then activate one by one.Let me know.
Somehow wp-json is not working in your website.
Do you use any security plugin? If yes, Please deactivate all of them, Then test. Then activate one by one.
Also deactivate any custom code plugin if you have.Let me know.
Please go to dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > Recipients. under Only Admin section you can set your admin. And set max recipients to 0 (zero)

Also as you are using V3, Google check so many things behind the scene to determine human/bot. If there any false positive there is no option in this version for user to prove that he is human.

That captcha is not coming from this plugin. That captcha is coming from any plugin of Thrive….
That captcha site key is wrong. Last 5 digit of that captcha isednol. But your original captcha last 5 digit is9CZJR.
Please check those plugins where you added that site key.You can zip and send it here.
This error happens when google site key is wrong.
Please create new key from google, set which type of key you want (v2/v3). Then use this same key (site key and secret key) in this plugin settings page.If still have the error let me know your form page url.
Did you block wp json by any other means? eg. using htaccess?

If you want to restrict to reply also you will need to use custom code. You can usefep_action_validate_formhook.It is very hard for me to debug. My safari (using windows) even do not load your website. it is telling that safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server.
